特命戰隊GO BUSTERS特命者 DX LT-06 TATEGAMI LION鬣毛雄獅

最初神神秘秘地登場的Tategami Lion是由能源管理局所屬的葉月一郎博士獨自開發的Buster Machine。跟之前Buster Machine不同的，因以Buddyroid和Megazords一體化為目的，所以能在沒有駕駛員的情況下戰鬥。
Tategami Lion在Buddy Vehicle時為一台摩托三輪車，Buddy Animal時則是一頭獅子和「Buddy Zord」人形型態。
Buddy Vehicle時的武裝是車頭上的光線槍「Lion Sagan」。Buddy Animal以鋒利的牙和爪進行攻擊外，其鬃毛迴轉時口部能發出光線炮。讓Ace或Go Buster Beet乘坐在這兩個型態上面。
Buddy Zord時的武裝是變成雙頭槍的Lion Sagan外和Buddy Animal的頭部變成的盾牌「Lion Shield」。
必殺技「It's Time For Busters！」是充填能量到Lion Sagan後的強力斬擊「Lion Impact」。
在Buddy Vehicle時亦有和Ace（或Go Buster Beet）的合體技，由Ace（或Go Buster Beet）手持的Lion Sagan同時射擊的「Lio Burst」。
Go Buster Lion: LT-06 Tategami Lion + GT-02 Gorilla + RH-03 Rabbit
在輸入「GB5」並發出「Go Buster Lion GaGaGain！」後發動Combine Operation．特命合體，跟Go Buster ON類似的巨大Megazord。原本由Gorilla變成的胸甲和Rabbit的頭部都裝到背部。
武器沿用Go Buster OH的Boost Buster Sword，及Rabbit的水平旋翼發動的電磁屏障式護盾。
必殺技是由Red Buster按下Morphin手環發動「It's Time For Busters！」，將Enetron集中於Tategami Lion口部並發射的「Ignition Tornado」。
DX版Tategami Lion重現三個形態，獅頭的鬃毛有發光和必殺技時的對白和音效。
亦示範了Go Buster Lion的合體，要重現Go Buster King合體就要BC-04 Beetle和SJ-05 Stag Beetle才可。
